Colourful inspiration

The days roll round and already it's the 18th on the month so time for our mid month inspiration post.

So many beautiful entries so far following our 'Hand Coloured or Paper Pieced' theme, but if you have not joined in yet there is still plenty of time as the challenge runs until Wednesday 30th June for the chance of winning super stamps from.......
Chocolate Baroque is a small independent art and craft company, based in the historic market town of Barnard Castle in County Durham in the North-East of England and is owned and run by Lesley and David Wharton.

We design our own range of natural rubber art stamps from hand drawn originals, complemented by typography from Lesley.  The rubber stamps are made in house, by David, to our very exacting quality standards. And nothing gets past his eagle eye!

May winner, Top 3 and Featured Designer

Good morning everyone, time to announce the winner of our May challenge where we have some really beautiful entries and thank you all for joining us during the month.

Before I tell you about the winner, myself and the team would like to extend a big thank you for all your warm words of support over the Social Media issues mentioned in our post below. It saddens us all that a crafter can be so malicious feeling the need to have a public vituperative outburst in what is usually such a happy crafting community, but thankfully is in the minority.

Moving back to our winner as selected by Random Or., who will be able to choose an A4 stamp sheet or stamps to the same value is......

Well done Maz please mail me by Thursday 10th June from the sidebar with your full name and postal address.

Next our Top 3 and Featured Designer as voted for by the Design Team......

The creation using a Chocolate Baroque stamp and the person we would like to join us as our July Featured Designer is Fiki, entry no 36......

Well done Fiki, please mail me so I can tell you more about our July theme.

And our May Top 3 which are actually a Top 4 as they all scored the same number of votes.....

Entry No 71 Amelia
Entry No 22 Anke
Entry No 106 Christine
